In England, the chief executive is the Queen who represents the country but doesn't have much power. The political and legislative leader is the Prime Minister who is changing from Tony Blair in elections soon.
In the USA, the chief executive and political leader is the president and the executive powers are separate from those of the legislature, partly because of the way England is set up.

England does not have a president. It has a Queen, who is nominally the head of state, and it has a Prime Minister who is selected by elected members of The House of Commons. The PM is pretty close in power and duties to a US President.

Thre is no president in England. They have a monarchy so the leader of the country (and its provinces) currently is Queen Elizabeth II, the prime minister is Tony Blair but he is leaving office this month I believe it is. I havent heard who is replacement is though. If you do a search on Queen Elizabeth II or Englands Monarchy you should be able to find a ton of info if you're interested.

England has a prime minister, not a president. Tony Blair has announced that he's stepping down. I believe that's supposed to be at the end of June.

No presidential system exists in England. Through constitutional monarchy Queen Elizabeth has final power in place of a democratically elected president or a direct public elected Khalifa(caliph) through consensus in purely Islamic govt. of caliphate(Khilafat).

advantageous question! i desire the country to be a constitutional monarchy the place the two the king/emperor has the equivalent means with the president... Lelouch for the emperor (for sure) and uhmm L for president i think of it is going to create a stability and Lelouch is somewhat a stable guy or woman as all of us understand...and L has an incredible experience of justice... yet he will probable be below the geass of lulu so i think of it's going to be equivalent. Lulu is advantageous so L wont be a puppet president... i think of it could be lovable reason L loves candy issues and properly Lelouch is a stable prepare dinner so the king and the president have own complementary traits... Kawaiii!! thinking approximately it it is too lovable!
