Yahoo isn't a central authority entity. that's a private company, and that they are able to do what they want. Nowhere interior the form does it say that deepest agencies could furnish any degree of freedom of speech. seem, Yahoo has thousands and thousands of customers. needless to say that's doing something real with its mindset. The unfastened marketplace which you're bringing up facilitates Yahoo to set its very own company practices. There probable are extremely some people who like the reality that this place is quite secure. If there exchange into no police action in any respect, it ought to easily disintegrate and alter into like maximum of different seedy places on the information superhighway. it incredibly is rarely any style of fascism. it incredibly is purely sturdy company practices. In different words, which might you like: A lifestyle wherein agencies can dictate the guidelines of their customers, or a lifestyle wherein governments strictly alter what agencies can do and punish people who do not persist with the government standards? individually, i could quite the government stay out of it. in the event that they government needs to oppress you, you're notably plenty screwed, and you have not the different recourse. yet once you do in comparison to Yahoo's "fascist" rules, you're unfastened to objective the different provider you want, or attempt to start your guy or woman. regardless of each thing, that's a unfastened u . s . (extra often than not).

You don't know the Bill of Rights.
Freedom of speech does not mean that every media outlet MUST allow every point of view.
It means you can express your point of view without being arrested, prosecuted, jailed, or killed.
"But Rules should not be made restricting the free exercise of the press.."
Rules shall not be made "by the GOVERNMENT" restricting the free exercise of the press.
Hmmm, I guess the drafters of the Constitution should have included that little bit in quotes, as there seem to be a lot of people like you that can't figure that out for yourself.

Yahoo is a private entity and they are not responsible for providing you with any rights whatsoever. They may not commit a crime against you of course but the right to free speech for example just means that the government may not punish you for expressing you opinions.

They try to remove as many crazy questions as they can. They are a private company, and have a set of community guidelines that they enforce. That's them using their first amendment rights. They won't stop you from wearing a sandwich board in downtown Manhattan, because that would be infringe on your first amendment rights.

Yahoo Answers is not owned by the Government. It is a private entity and can control the speech on its site any way it sees fit.

I think it's controlled by an old couple who live in Florida and they are being manipulated by Bill Cosby. Just a theory I've been tinkering with.

You probably need to re-read the Bill of Rights if you think it applies to your freedom to post things on an Internet forum.
