They havent yet released any specifics EXCEPT that Omar Epps WILL return next season, that he does not work FOR House but he will be a series regular and the show will take a new direction.

No. Everyone will be back together rather quickly. The Foreman situation will take a few episodes but the actor said that he will be back but a changed man with more responsibilities.

I heard the relationship between Chase and Cameron will get more serious and they'll fall in love, because those two are engaged in real life. That's all I've heard though.
