Which talk show would you rather watch?
I personally prefer Oprah. I love her different topics which I think "real" people can relate to. Whereas Ellen's show is mostly about celebrities/gossips and not-so-funny jokes.

Oprah is NOT racist.
I watch Oprah most of the time - depending on her topic or guest but just watch Ellen if she has a guest I want to see. I don't enjoy her monologue....and the dancing is getting old. But I like Ellen too.

Well.. that's why you can't really compare them. They are two totally different types of shows... You can watch Oprah to be more informed and you can watch Ellen to laugh. In Atlanta, they come on at two different times so I don't have to choose... Honestly, I end up watching Judge Mathis half the time when Ellen is on. haha. I love her though. I really do. I like Oprah depending on the topic.
Edit: Oprah is racist against white people... but her show mostly caters to middle/upper class white women. Oprah buys her fans with give aways? She had millions of fans before then. There are many reasons to not like Oprah. Try to find some valid ones.

I feel the same way too. Ellen's show is a feel good show while Oprah talks about issues that many people can relate to and that can help them. But i love them both, i just prefer Oprah.

I love Ellen, it is more like a late night talk show, during the day. She is funny, Oprah is so depressing sometimes.

Ellen is really annoying, Oprah isn't, but Oprah is depressing sometimes. Ellen is geared towards all ages, but Oprah is a adult talk show. I kinda prefer Oprah over Ellen however. ellen is very corny. Her jokes reek!

I agree with you. Ellen's show is kind of funny but I don't learn anything. Oprah can be educational on occasion.

Ellen rocks!! She's cute and funny. I love how she interacts with guests. She always seems to be interested in what they're saying. I've never seen her be condescending towards anyone. She's wonderful but still is down to earth and I think she'd be a fun celebrity to go out to a club with.
Oprah is just annoying. She's so full of herself. She interrupts guests and if she says something that she thinks is funny she repeats it three or four times. I just want to tell her to shut the he!! up sometimes. Not always but sometimes I get the feeling that she feels that she's way more intelligent and just better than the people on her show.

Ellen she's funny and I don't get the snob vibe from her. What I mean is I think Oprah is a snob and find her show boring. I did watch oprah today b/c Micheal Moore was on if he wasn't I weren't have watched it.
