1)Electric Heater-electric energy to heat energy-to heat stuff
2)Electric Light Bulb-electric energy to light energy(energy also dissipated in the form of heat)-use is self explanatory
3)Rechargeable Battery-Electric energy to chemical energy-purpose is to restore the electrolyte of the battery.
4)Table Fan-electric energy to mechanical energy(intermediate conversions not so important)
5)Speakers-electric energy to sound energy(intermediate conversions not so important)

Light bulb - electricity is converted to light and heat - to provide light

Refrigerator - electrical energy is converted to mechanical energy and is used to extract heat from inside the fridge to outside . AC is similar

Washing machine - electrical to mechanical energy conversion - to tumble the clothes and clean them

Oven - electrical to heat - to cook food.

Fan - electrical to mechanical - to provide air circulation
