liberals like having him around so they can blame everything on him[scapegoat]we all know he is not perfect but he has also had a few issues tougher to deal with other than a blue dress with a stain on it.liberals figure that if they keep blaming it all on bush then everyone will come to their conclusion and they will have created the reality that he is stupid and arrogant.i like what Nietzsche said.[punishing is easier than forgiving]

Nietzsche is of course correct, however I think the anti-cons are just using Bush to divert attention from their miserable failures in Congress.
Someone I read here said we should not worry as much about the President because Congress is where the danger lies. I have to say I agree with that sentiment.

I think it transcends political affiliation.
I know that I am not very happy with the Bush policies and if this hidious immagration bill goes through it won't just be the Libs that want to punish him.
And Friedrich Nietzsche was probably correct about that.
Actually he was right about a lot of things but everyone automatically assumes that if you agree with Nietzsche, you must also be a Nazi.

Oh confident, as all of us comprehend, no longer something propels a political profession extra effective than failure to capture the main wanted guy in u.s.! Are those the comparable human beings telling us our very own government blew up the twin towers??? It shames and discredits the liberal media to no end to be humoring those goofballs and giving them a voice.

I think he truly believed there were WMDs in Iraq. And I don't blame him for not knowing what to do. But changing your reasons for invading a country after the fact, that's just wrong.
But not all liberals want to punish him, what purpose would that serve.
This country has to stop drawing a line through everything, divide and conquer, so Americans we need to be careful on this.
We are so caught up in the blame game, we can't possibly succeed here.

I know I do.
THat is a good point, I suppose you're wondering if Bush should be mistrusted since he has such an urge to punish terrorists? I wonder the same thing

I don't know why. George Bush has run one of the most liberal presidencies in my lifetime with excess spending and bad immigration policies. He is a liberal except for the tax cuts in 2003. Why would they want to punish one of their own?

Liberals don't like the war on terror. They think because they don't agree on the war and don't like it, that they have grounds of impeachment. They don't. Until Bush does something illegal they are stuck. Don't you think that with the majority in both the house and Senate that they would impeach if there was evidence of an illegal act. They don't have it. By the way, Clinton did something illegal and was never removed from office.

I'm guessing Nietzsche meant not to trust conservatives, as conservatives seem to be interested in nothing more than punishing the rest of us with their tiring screeching about how much they hate liberals.

They've never gotten past elections 2000! I remember at the 2004 elections a speaker said if the Republicans won the Democrats would make their lives hell because they would never accept it! True words spoken!
