Not necessarily. Often times, alcohol can loosen one's inhibitions and allow someone to say something that she would have been uncomfortable or scared to say sober, but there's also just drunk talk that's nonsensical or just not necessarily just someone's true feelings. You have to read into things sometimes (assuming you're not also drunk, or at least drunk enough to misinterpret the drunk person's words).

He likes you and he wants to be more than friends. When people drink, they say things that they would only think were they sober (as you already said). This just means that he wants to be your boyfriend. Talk to him about it when you're both sober. If you feel the same way, tell him. If you don't, tell him.

I dont think anyone does or says anything drunk that they dont really want to do when their sober....they just are more likely to have the brains to not do it when their sober

Thats what people say.... 'the truth comes out when youre drunk!' In my case..this is not true... I get quite emotional sometimes when drinking and take things more offensively than I would if sober! I don't believe in that saying....everyone is different though...everyone handles their alcohol differently!

no cuz if u see an ugly chick at a bar that your don't think is hot at the beginning of the night and you go up to her after 14 drinks and say "hey, you lookin good tonight" those clearly are not sober thoughts

I think they are when your sober ppl somethimes don't say what they feel and when there drunk they don't know that there not suppose to say it

when your dunk they say you telll the truth but sometimes those dunken words are sober thoughts but the dnuken person cacnt pronuce the word so in other word yeah.
