Testimony of man's inhumanity to their fellow man, the holocaust deniers can't debunk the 2 box car loads of evidence....mostly from the Nazis' themselves...very meticulous in their recording of history.

The Nuremberg Trials were equitable as they were given very able lawyers to defend them.

The important thing to remember that such a trial had not been held before, to try those who instigated war and the charges of genocide.

There were also the Tokyo Trials where the Japanese were tried, an often overlooked fact.

If you are referring to Nuremberg trials...yes...the process was very equitable...the trial very fair...every consideration given each side...
But there is NO justification for genocide...
Watch the old Spencer Tracy movie "Judgment at Nuremberg" to understand better what went on...it is a fascinating movie...historical and entertaining at the same time...a MUST see in my book.....
