My boyfriend gave another woman a kiss on the lips...just a peck, he claims.
Is this considered cheating? It was not a makeuot session and he claims there was no tongue involved.

Your bf is still alive you didnt kill him? Frankly if my bf kissed another woman I'd be pissed off if it was just a friendly kiss he could have done it on her cheek. Cheating...I dont know I define cheating as any physical or emotional act that you should only do with people you are in a commited relationship with.

He cheated! Wait a minute, was this a friend and a peck hello? Not cool but not cheating. The only one my husband kisses at all besides me is his mother and that is on the cheek.

Well it depends on his intentions when he was kissing her. Was it the kind of kiss he would give his aunt or did he do it out of flirtation? I don't know about you but I'd flip out. Either way, if you want to get down to the bottom of it, ask your boyfriend if he would consider it cheating if you kissed another guy on the lips... see how he likes that one.

No because it was just an innocent little kiss, but here how you test him, first you ask how he felt when he kissed her before and after. But make sure to watch his fascial expressions, if he repeats the same word more than 3 times in the middle of a sentence, you can tell it meant something to him. Thats how I found out about my boyfriend, and he went out with right after we broke up.

Why did he kiss her? What was the purpose? What was the intent?
With only the information given, I will say yes this act was cheating. Certainly not at the same level of getting a girl knocked up, but cheating none the less.

Depends on the reason for the kiss. Was it completely innocent? Or was there something more behind it. There are many variables that I would have to consider before making a decision on whether or not it would be cheating.

It would depend on the circumstances of the kiss, who the woman was and why he was kissing her at all. How did you find out about it? Did he tell you, someone else tell you....the kiss happend in front of you?
A kiss doesn't necessarily mean he is cheating....but it could be. To be able to answer the question, I would need to know more about who, how and why.

He could tell you that just to keep you calm but i believe if you love somebody you should have nothing to do with some girl to kiss her on her lips thats not right its cheating

it might not be cheating per se but now there was no tongue involved, can you trust him that in a months time, he won't do it agian, this time with tongue, and maybe taking it even further?
i don't think this is a matter of did he cheat or not, it's more a question of, do you still trust him now?
