Do you know how to use the Pythagorean theorem? That is what this problem is about.

The sum of the legs squared equals the hypotenuse squared.

a² + b² = c²

5² + 11² = c²

c² = 146

c = 12.08

This is something you should know. Memorize it and you will be able to do these problems yourself and not asking for help here.

Good Luck!
