So me and my friends had a debate: i say that the legal age is the same as the stight, one says ther isnt one, and the other says its diffrent.

Heres the details, Texas, legal age is 17, for gays too?

Not really sure. Look up the age of consent laws there. There are some states in which it does legally differ, I'm not saying that it should, I just know that it does.

It makes no difference if the person is gay or straight.

If the age of consent in Texas is 17 then applies to anyone regardless of sexual desires.

the government thinks they can run everything....now there trying to put an age on where u can be gay....man what is this world coming to.
