Your cervix should not be damaged when giving birth. It contracts and stretches to accomodate the baby coming out. You may tear a little on the outside (vagina).

The baby is not IN the cervix (that would be the uterus), so no, it dosent come out of it. The baby passes through the cervix.

No, the cervix shouldnt get damaged unless something went wrong.

The cervix changes after a vaginal birth but it is not damaged. If I can describe it right: The a pre delivery cervical opening looks like a a circle 'o' a after delivery looks like a ' --- ' it elongated not round (draw a cirlce around each of those). It never goes back to the pre- delivery state.

The cervix is not damaged in a normal delivery. It dialates (opens up) allowing the baby to pass through. Then it closes again after delivery (taking up to 6 weeks).

the cervix is designed to pass a baby throuh, it will not be damaged unless somehting goes wrong or there is a congenital malformation.
