Think about it, if you move the nest, or if you even touch it, any hatchlings will probably die. The parents wil ignore it after. Best bet is to let it play out its course this year, then put up a fake owl thing to scare them away next year

only illegal if the bird is endangered. Personally, I wouldn't do this because the birds don't bother me (I have some that built a nest in my old fireplace vent...I let them stay), but you could just aim your garden hose and shoot it down if you don't care about possibly killing the babies. Again, I stress that I personally would not do this!

Wait about two - three weeks and they should be gone. Use ear plugs. For next year get a cat to set in your window even a stuffed one will work

i don't think it is, but if you touch it you take a chance of the mother smelling your scent and not coming back to the nest therefore leaving the babies to die. i would call ur state wildlife office and see what they have to say.

contact your local fish and game commisioners office . they should be able to help you or they will find someone to help you . good luck .

Yes it is illegal and they will not be there for long.
