Most free people search sites only give you so much information for free..if you want anything beyond the basic information they make you pay for it. I don't know of any that are totally free...especially if the person has an ulisted phone number, etc. That will most certainly cost you something.

If you know a phone number you can type it in on google and go from there. Other than that it won't be free.

like he said white pages other than that its not going to be free. There are PI websites that are affordable but not free. Sorry
