You are actually considered underweight right now - you may not even be able to have a period at this weight - that is how thin you are.
If you want to stay thin - get into sports, learn to like running. You should always eat full meals, just make sure you're active as well. Everyone has to switch to adult sizes at some time. 14 is very normal for this.
About your little sister...let your mom know the effect she's having on you, let her know that you've been skipping meals and looking up anorexic sites on the web. Hopefully she takes this seriously.
Start eating! (eat properly) You're going to do some permanent damage to your digestive system if you don't eat!

First of all, your weight is very low for your height. If you are 5'7, you would generally weigh around 130 pounds or more. So believe me, you are about as far from fat as possible! You were correct when you stated that your weight gain is due to the fact that your body is maturing. You have probably also grown quite a bit in inches as well over the last few years. The additional height itself will carry some extra weight....it's supposed to! Also, a size 1 is not an adult size, it's a junior size. You've gone from the kids department to juniors, which is as it should be at your age.
If you continue to skip meals and cannot get your appetite back, you need to talk to an adult you trust about this problem. Anorexia has a fairly high death rate, and even for those who recover, they experience health problems for years. You do not want to be anorexic. Please, please get the help you need ASAP.

First, you are not alone..... There is no such thing as a 14yr old girl who doesn't think she is fat.
At 5'7 and 114lbs, you are not fat by any definition of the word.
Anorexia isn't just about what guys think about, its also about what it does to your body, you may very well kill yourself playing with that fire.
You should do the mirror test. Its not really a test but rather an examination. Stand naked in front of a full length mirror and examine yourself. Look for "good" things, not the bad things, nice ankles, nice eyes, wrist looks good. Repeat the test every week during the summer, watch the amount of good things your body is doing increase.
You will gain weight during growth spurts. If you gain 5 lbs, look for a change in the coming weeks. If you see yourself changing, and understand what is going on you are one step closer to loving yourself.
Finally, if you still obsess over weight, don't change your diet beyond eating healthy food. You can dramatically cut your calorie intake and dramatically increase your health by eating 7 servings of vegetables a day. What you can do is increase your activity. Start running a few miles a day, increase that to 20 miles a day, you won't be fat and you will be in great shape. Not to mention there are a lot of real cute guys in track and long distant running...

Hunny, listen. You can't skip meals and look to become anorexic. Anorexia is a disease! It will kill you. and starving yourself WILL NOT help you loose weight. Your body will store the little amounts of food you eat because it will get used to the fact that your not eating. Therefore you will gain weight. My sister is anorexic and it is not an enjoyable thing. She suffers all the time. She barley eats and has been trying to get help almost all her life. You sound to me like you are at a normal wieght for someone your height. You have to realize that you are growing and your body will shape out the way you want it to. My sister is so skinny, and i love my sister but it is not pretty. If you want to loose weight do it in a healthy way. Eat healthy foods like furits and veggies. Go to the gym, go swimming, go for a run, ride your bike, Anything but starving yourself. It's all about being healthy and realizing that your still a growing girl and your body is going to change as you get older.

A size 1...calm down ur fine! A size one is not fat at all. I know how you are feeling though, I went through and actually not to long ago. It started when I was 18, I was a size 7 and to me I thought that was HUGE! I started skipping meals to the point where I wasn't hungry or would even forget when the last time I ate actually was! I started dropping weight dramatically!! My mom would make me sit down and eat with them at dinner time, that's when I turned balimic. I lived off of coffee and cigs, it cured my hungry but messed me up horribly. Nevertheless I turned anorexic. I was a size 0 to 1 at age 20 and so unhealthy. I landed myself in the hospital w/ anemia, balimia & hypoglicimic...I know have sever cases of anxiety attacks...coughing up blood....the list goes on. I am now 21 and realize I was totally over reacting about the whole situation and ruining my body wasn't worth it at all. Do not beat yourself up over it...you are not fat! If you want to stay in shape...do some work outs...run around your block 3 nights a week, some sit ups..push ups..it'll make you feel better about yourself....if you need to talk e mail me or message me!

You know-no-KNOW that you are NOT fat!
Stop obsessing. If you do not catch it NOW, it could seriously turn deadly.
5'7" and 114 pounds? Even a SMALL frame is supposed to be at least_LEAST BEING THE LEAST YOU SHOULD WEIGH!!!_125-130lbs.
I am 5'6" and 210 pounds! My kids father threatened to leave if I get any smaller.
Come on. YOU ARE TOOOOOOO THIN already, Honey. You can do exercises to strengthen and tone every other day, but remember that muscle is denser than fat. And you have to eat to put on muscle.

Ummmm, 5'7' at 114, girl you should be rejoicing....turning into a young woman with curves. Come on..........you are a tooth pick. Let your body be nourished and healthy. Set a good example for your younger sister. By the way, stop taking everything your sister says to the heart. We all know how siblings can be.

Every teenage girl goes through this and its just harder to accept yourself. Don't stop eating thats the worse thing you could do. I stopped eating and all i got from that was dizziness and i looked dead. Thats not attractive. If it makes you feel better eat normally but do some walking with your friends or anything Cardio or small weights to get tone. But you have nothing to worry about. honestly.

hun, don't worry. you are not fat, you are just growing into a woman. embrace it!
i think that i am skinny and i am 5'4 and weigh 117 lbs too!
if you want to maintain your weight, EAT right and excercise. get involved in a sport at school.
also, maybe you should talk to an aduly about the questions you are asking on here. if you are honest with someone maybe you could see a counselor or something to prevent yourself from starting to not eat, etc.
