I live in zone 7, and love fuschia plants. They do not like it here. Is it possible to grow them inside?

I would like to put it in a hanging basket. Anyone ever grew them inside?

Whereever zone 7 is I thought I was in it in Sacraramento Ca. I have had some fuchias for years. Mostly need to leep them watered and out of direct sun. We have frost so move in under patio and cut back in spring. Derweistermeir or however you spell it is my favorite and cut it way back it's in ground and now thrivings showing blooms.
