Kinda, sorta. It has been many, many years ago after I had completed a 24 hour shift at the Data Center. It was dark, and rainy and I was extremely tired. While driving on the way home, I turned at the wrong intersection and got lost. Whoa! It can happen and I'll always remember being lost and how terrible it felt. Embarrassing too.

Not lost, per se. But seriously confused by some places being so obvious and so I become complacent about their existance and just not see them.
One time a stranger asked about a street that I was very aware of but for the world couldn't tell him where it was. After he had left looking elsewhere, I spotted the missing street right across from me. It dead ended right there, but, call it a brain fart or whatever, I couldn't remember it being there.

I have a couple times and still do occasionally. There are so many one way streets and the cross streets don't totally go through. It's more of "How do I get home??" even though I know I'm close to home.

Almost a shame to say it but yes...Went for a long walk, apparently farther than I intended. But in my defense, it was a fairly new neighborhood to me...yea I'll go with that :)

Yes. I live in NYC and it's a big city out there. It doesn't take much to get lost once you leave Manhattan.
