My bike have a little vibration when i'm on first and second gear on decompression only. And also when i'm on neutral and the bike is still rolling. I can feel this vibration in the peg and in the frame.This vibration stop when i pull on the clutch, just enough to tightened the cable clutch.

Please adjust your clutch cable before riding anymore. Cheap and easy trip to the dealer, or DIY with available web forums. Also, check your rear chain adjustment ... with the clutch pulled in you change the tension on the sprocket. If the chain is too tight you can get vibes.

Check and tighten all motor mount bolts and foot peg brackets.
Re-torque swing arm pivot.
