The troops know that the Dems mean cuts, they ALWAYS do. How many bases did Clinton close during his 8 years? How much of the budget did he cut in his 8 years? Our country is always at its weakest, especially with regards to the millitary, when the Dems are in charge.
Just listen to the Dems fighting to be president. Some don't even believe there is a war on terror! Dems seem to think you can talk things out with this group of people that want nothing more then to KILL US! Its sad really.

Well, let us see, the only 2 US Senators who have children in Iraq are Democrats and 95% of the veterans of the Iraq war that ran for office in 2006 were Democrats...who supports the troops again?

All I know is Dick Cheney got 5 deferments during Vietnam and when asked why he didn't serve in a war that cost 50,000 American lives, he stated " I had better things to do."

But, no! Don't you understand? The Dems support the troops! That's what they keep saying, right? Maybe if they say it enough, they think we'll believe it! Who didn't know that the liberals would start harassing soldiers and start spitting on them just like the last war they didn't approve of? At least then they didn't lie and acted on their out and out contempt and hatred of them.
