hi there actually i'm working for a soccer club and i would like some ideas in order to make the fans more involved in the club's everyday life.

Have events, at schools with high profile speakers (players) .
Coaching Sessions. The kids (and their parents) will get caught up in it all.
I know a West Ham fan who goes to EVERY game, who nealry missed their win at Old Trafford to be wit hhis sons when Billericy got promoted,

Nevertheless make some interactive session with fans..like keep some seat for fans in game with lottery or with quiz...
it's make fan to keep information update to win .. also some gift like autographed by favorite player even by you or club members.
