what are the cultural and socio economic differences for students with disabilities?

i want to know what are the educational issues like,the gap between assessment and programmes,lables, categories and definations for the children with disabilites?

If the child is taught the way that they need to learn and their disablity isn't severe there shouldn't be a gap. I have family that have different LD and some of them are professionals including a psychologist, social worker, Ilistrator of childern's books. Captian of the NYFD for thrity years and this was before the law mandating children with LD get an approbiate education. I did't go to college becasue of an LD but becasue of a psychiatiric disablity. My eldest daughter will never be able to be rich becasue she has developmental disabllities that cause her to only be able to work a mimuinm wage job. But she's on her own. my middle daughter has a disablity and she finished college and makes $30.000 a year and also lives on her own, my youngest is only 15 and is still in high school but this year she's been able to matain a 90 or above average this whole year doing the same work that every other child in NYS takes. She hopes to be a psychologist and both of her therapist and teachers don't see why she won't be able to if she's willing to work hard.
