Neither... as mankind would be destroyed by man himself. Stooping as low as animals... in the present times it sometimes becomes difficult to differentiate between man and animal. The coming world war three would result from wrong policies of superpower number one. Forcibly attacking sovereign countries and that too unilaterally is not a wise step. The impact of such flawed policies is not visible immediately... as time passes by masses realize the gravity of the situation... by then it is too late!

Almost 1200 million people are expected to perish in world war three. A full scale nuclear war between Christianity and Islamic Dharma... it will be a fight to the finish! Even countries that do not actively participate in world war three would be affected. The fury of the world war three would lead to heavy melting of icecaps... waters in the seas rising by 10 to 12 feet... countries like Australia almost getting wiped out from the map of the world.

The coming world war three in 2012 would be a bitter lesson for mankind! All developments of science in the last about hundred years would come to a naught. Albert Einstein rightly predicted that the fourth world war would be fought with bamboos and sticks. In the aftermath of world war three one shall witness the dawn of golden era around 2014. World war three would result in all smaller surrounding countries merging with India. India would be known as greater India after world war three... the superpower one of the new era! Terrorism is 99.9 percent media hype and cynical political agendas. If the powers that be were so concerned about the existence of nuclear material falling in the wrong hands, they would stop pushing for the production of more of it.
There is little we could do about an asteroid, but the last major one to hit the earth was over a 100 million years ago. So with those odds, I'll take my chances.
The environment, on the other hand, is a more serious and pressing problem. And it is even more serious because there seems to be so little political will to do anything about it. That's because it would cut into the profits of major corporation and their obsession with turning everything into a consumer product. I don't think it will wipe out humanity, but it will certainly force us to reevaluate our priorities. With a little luck, it might even bring us together as a species.

Terrorism is warfare conducted to disrupt the normal process of society. In effect, to make people so afraid as to change what they do.

Terrorism is used by military forces who possess little military power. So by definition terrorism might kill thousands or even millions, but is unlikely to wipe us out.

Environmental threats have a the possibility of disrupting our access to things like water, breathable air and food. So environmental impact is likely to result in many more deaths than terrorism. In fact, the number of people who die from environmental causes every year around the world is very high. Think of all the cases of cancer, hunger, etc that kill people. But it is unlikely that everyone will die....only a few billion.

On the other hand the major natural could kill all life on the planets.

Options include

Asteroids/Meteors
Supervolconoes (we are talking a volcano that is about the size of arizona).
The magnetic pole reversing, detroying the ionisphere resulting in destruction of life on earth from solar radiation.

But interestingly enough we are overdue for all these things, we makes me wonder if maybe aliens are looking out for us.

I don't understand the question. Do you mean destroy the world, as in the planet? If so, then no, we are not destroying the planet, we are destroying everything that is on the planet. Do you mean that we are destroying the world as it is today. Then yes we are doing exactly that, and people are justifying everything they do with the concept that we are on a higher scale then animals and deserve better. Today, there are more endangered species in the world then anyone wants to believe, and there is almost no chance that we can do anything to save them. As the chain breaks, we will eventually die because we are part of this chain of life. We try to control nature and now it's finally fighting back hard. We build weapons to protect our territory like animals instead of talking like people. We kill ourselves and everything around us because we have difference in belief, ideas or laws. We create technology to work for us out of our own laziness and everything nature gave us we're wasting it and our bodies suffer from more disease in this century then in any other. Do I believe we can save the planet? Really save it? NO, because you have no idea what we'd have to give up to save it and we just don't want to give anything to it except what we were thought: money and nature doesn't need money..

I've been saying that there's a big asteroid out there that will cleanse the Earth of humans, then the Earth will recycle itself before the next invasion of humans.

How about an environmental terrorist ?

Both of these paranoias take root in a culture that is simultaneously anorexic and morbidly obese, in a culture deprived of the Cold War threat of nuclear holecaust, which now expects annihilation to come only as a result of it own labors, which now expects suicide.

No longer do we have to worry about the fallout from the eclipse of God: the difficulty and problems associated with man's ascendance into reponsibility for his own fate - this is the eclipse of man, the social gone beyond the end of history.

Neither! Man will find a way to nudge an asteroid a little out of its orbit. Terrorists will be defeated and we'll all live in peace. But watch out for the sun...someday it will become a "red giant" and will engulf the entire planetary system. Poof! We're all gone. I think.

A failing education is what is going to destroy the world, because it is the foundation of relationship and conscience.

Dying out from either one of those would be the result of human actions, so I say that our race will be ended by its own stupidity.

We've had terrorist for thousands of years. It looks like pollution is going to fly past their danger if it hasn't happened already.
