No, unless he took Viagra. If that's the case, a normal healthy male taking Viagra shouldn't have an erection for more than four hours. They are serious when they say go see a doctor if you do.

OK for one second let's be realistic. Guys a 4 hr erection with no release would be incredibly painful (try it by yourself) and Gals there is no way you would want a guy with a 4 hr erection. Try using your "BOB" for 4 hrs and see if you're not sore.

Yes!! Because you know what you gotta do if that happens, right? You have to go to the hospital and have blood drained from your tool, because that's all an erection is, blood rushing to your tool.
