it has only been 12 hours since his indictment so you guys might want to wait. Second, why didn't mark foley get indicted for going after pages.

Foley is not a martyr for anybody...he's scum.
But why do you bring up Foley?
The Democrat hypocrisy with Jefferson will be the same as it was with Gerry Studds. Studds was far worse scum than Foley. Studds actually got pages drunk and forced sex on them. Foley sent lewd emails. Dems howled about Foley, but they applauded Studds, re-elected him 6 times.
Democrats will look the other way at Jefferson, the same way they did with Studds..

Its just a simple example of the hypocrisy of the left. When Mark Foley was exposed it was the Republicans that pushed him out of office. The Demorats have done nothing about Jefferson and now he is indicted. Foley was never charged with a crime and no true maleficence was ever proven in any formal setting. Still the Republicans cleaned their own house, it takes the Justice Department to stand up for the Demorats and do what is right. Pelosi and her people have done nothing but defend that criminal for years and now they are paying the piper for their appeasement policies.
As Conservatives we have heard ad naseum about Foley this and Foley that, now its your turn. Take it like a man and stop whining.

Foley is not a Martyr but there seems to be some evidence he was set up. Jefferson was not yet convicted. He was simply indited. Foley is not a convicted criminal, like Jefferson soon will be.

I don't know, but I thought it was funny that the Repubs kicked him out in about 7 seconds, while the Mass. Democrat who was actually sodomizing a page held a press conference to tell folks to butt out. And was honored by every Democrat in America.
