I have revised and answered the questions for my exam correctly for my english GSCE exam but feel like I havn't written enough because of the tight time limit. Is it quality not quantity or vice versa?

It is quality not quantity on an essay exam. As long as you are satisfied you gave the best answer you can, and you have completely answered all elements of all questions do not worry about extra time. If you start writing extra things to fill up space, you begin to look like you don't know what you are talking about.

Definitly the quality is the key factor, not quality. The examiner always want a good, neat, clean and short writing not a junk.

It is also normal to feel as you do after the exam. Truely speaking, its a sign of brilliant student.

Quality should win out every time, as long as U've covered everything U were supposed to. Quantity is often just waffle.
Don't worry, we all feel that we could have done more. Hope this helps.
