For instance... u see a certain person with some REAL pretty friends, so you try to get cool with that person so he/she could introduce you to them and get to know them. Anyone ever did that?

Well a guy friend of mine which i met through a girl friend of mine (using my girl friend) did that. He lives up the street from her so whenever me and a few other friends were at her house he would always just show up, but he doesn't even like my friend that introduced him to us all. We're good friends now but i still find it lame to use someone like that.

(no offense if youve done this, but...) i think thats pathetic. if you wanted to get to know that person, you should do so on your own terms. makin someone believe that you want to be friends with them when all you want is an easy hook-up is just....wrong. acknowlege that person, and make things happen your own.
