Forget the torrent answer, that won't help you. You can download the entire game for free from the official Guild Wars site.
However, you can't play it without an account key. This you have to purchase. You can't buy a used key from ebay either. Keys cannot be re-used and accounts cannot be safely transferred. (You'll find many people on ebay selling accounts, but most of these are scams. The original account owner can take back the account at any time)
Bottom line, If you want to play Guild Wars you need to pay for it, but there are no monthly fees after you pay the upfront cost for the game so it's still a great bargain.
