This is one time when it's proper to drop the 'h'.

It is spelled and pronounced exactly as you have done.

This is one of my personal bugbears!

AITCH is pronounced exactly like that, AITCH.

NOT H-AITCH!!!!!

Because we do not say Ah-Aye for A, or Bu-bee for B, so why do people insist on putting the extra sound in for this letter?!?! Why?!?!?! They were never taught it at school, where does this random sound come from!?!??! I HATE IT!
