Nothing like a timed delivery of news. On time news would mean what? You are either in the group or out. What is news worth these days anyway? Sorry that was not your question. does your/my newspaper man/woman deliver late? Is this question meant to find a reason why there was a slack in the sale of the paper? The structure of the question does present itself as being the motive, but being that I did not ask the question I can only assume the motive as being in the end a reason for lack of sales. basicly i have no answer for your question.
