I don't know of any that charge 50k... where are you located? If someone wants that much from you, you're obviously being ripped off. Just know that anyone who approaches you in a mall or anywhere for that matter and says that you could make it as an actor or model and all you need to do is pay X amount for these classes is not a legitimate agent or talent scout.
Honestly without knowing where you are, I can't help you. Check with your state's Film Alliance for guidance. Perhaps they can point you in the right direction. You can also look at your local and regional theatres for classes. They probably won't have on camera type classes, but they'll have theatrical classes and you never know, they may have acting for tv and film.
