I am from Mobile, AL and the Burger King's here are very unprofessional and rude. I was at the drive thru, the only one there, and it took 9 minutes for me just to get one small burger. When the lady handed it out to me, she didn't give me a receipt and snapped it at me. I then was going to drive off and she called me a "Stupid White Bit**" and I pulled back and demanded to speak to the manager. She was the manager and she then denied that she said that to me. I said "I am the only white person in this building". She was very unprofessional, rude, and racist. I am trying to figure out a way to get this to higher authorties. I want to write corporate or someone. Does anyone know what the best thing to do? Or where I can get an address?

I called and no one is picking up and I also looked on the website and I couldn't find it. I may be looking in the wrong place?

Google it. Sounds like that gal hates her job. I live in the south and people here are really rude at fast food places too. Except for the town I live in now. It' a very small town.Fast food work is rough and most people hate doing it(I hated it).But when I worked it I held onto my work ethic and when I got to the point I was ready to throw food at the next customer that came inI put in my notice, got another job.

No way that did not happen? I think complaining to corporate like others suggested. I don't think a hamburger is worth that abuse. I'd rather pay $10.00 for a restaurant quality meal than go through that. Or buy the hamburger and fire up your own grill. Sorry this happened to you.

i would make a patision and make others sign it, i mean that's the worst it can go if the manager is that rude and mean imagine the employees! i really think u should take action and if u have to don't go back to that burger king and make your friends and family bi-cott it! see how she likes that when she's out of a job!

Try your Local Better Business Bureau. They will accept your complaint and assist you in contacting the appropriate authorities.

Good Luck. And thanks for speaking up about bad customer service.

-Note.
I am British, and live in Britain.
The Royale (with cheese) is perhaps the tasties burger you can get from a fast food 'restaurant'
Maccy Dee's taste pants.
I have to drive 15 miles to get one.
I always go into the restaurant, always.
It is well worth it,sadly the 'kids' who work there get paid rubbish money, probably wordwide.
I guess I am bored.
