How can i get rid of my abdominal hernia?

This is my third time having the same problem. I need some legal advice on what should I do?

You really need to see a doctor, I have a niece and a daughter who both had herniated navels as little girls that was repaired by surgery and as young women in their late 20's they are trouble free with no recurrences
