If you know who Dr. Oz is (He is a frequent on Oprah and also an author) here is what he had to say on the Oprah show recently that I thought was interesting....keep in mind, NEVER take tylenol while you drink....this is VERY dangerous and bad for your liver and could cause death.

This info taken from Oprah.com...

Is there a cure for a hangover?

Dr. Oz says avoiding a hangover starts the night before when you are drinking. "You never really want to have alcohol without water next to it. You need the water to flush it through your system. That's pretty simple," he says. "But the alcohol you drink should be the color of water, ideally, as well." Dr. Oz says this is because darker alcohols contain more congeners, which he says are what causes hangovers.

If you wake up with a hangover, Dr. Oz says to eat something—especially eggs. "Eggs are effective because the eggs, in their yolk, have something called N-acetyl-cysteine," he says. "What it really is, is a way of giving your body antioxidants, and those antioxidants are critically important to your liver that's going to battle right now trying to cleanse all the junk that's left over."

Dr. Oz says taking aspirin can help reduce the inflammation caused by drinking. A cup of Joe doesn't hurt either. "Coffee's pretty effective, because alcohol is a depressant. Alcohol takes you down," he says. Unfortunately, when you sleep after drinking alcohol, Dr. Oz says it's not "good sleep." "[Alcohol] just sort of gets you into a sleepy period, and you're depressed all night long. Coffee's a stimulant, so it gets you going again in the morning."

I also remember him mentioniong that you should take a few aspirin....so try this too!!

This is sort of ironic considering my husband is on the couch sleeping right now with a massive hangover....I don't drink too often so I think it is kind of funny...

Good luck and remember WATER, WATER, WATER

Water. Or better yet Gatorade. Alcohol dehydrates your body and that's the main cause of a hangover. Re-hydrating - especially with electrolytes - is probably the healthiest and best method to feeling right again.

The best way to cure a hangover is to never get one in the first place. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day before you go out drinking and then drink some more water before you go to bed.

it incredibly is what I call the mc donald's treatment. You drag your hungover butt to mc donald's (or merely sucker somebody into getting it for you) once you get there, purchase a double cheeseburger meal, with a coca cola. You consume the burger and fries, drink the soda. enable it digest somewhat and lay down for a snooze.(if u have time). U will awaken feeling a great purchase greater advantageous. It facilitates despite if u get purely a short 20 min. quickie nap. right this is the seize although. a million. It must be mc donald's, no longer the different place's burger. 2. U might desire to reserve a generally happening coca cola. i comprehend people who paintings at mc donald's and that they agree the generally happening coca cola is the main to the entire hangover yet i nevertheless consume the foodstuff, i think of it facilitates. 3. Order a brilliant soda if u can. attempt it, (on monday morning lol) u won't have self assurance the adaptation.

One of the quickest ways to cure a hangover is to make a banana milkshake sweetened with honey. The banana helps calm the stomach, and with the honey, builds up the depleted blood sugar levels. The milk soothes the stomach and rehydrates your system. Bananas are also rich in the important electrolytes, magnesium and potassium, which are severely depleted during heavy drinking.

There is no cure. A hangover results from your liver not being able to change the alcohol to water and arbon dioxide. It's called oxidation. You can't speed that process up. Take some aspirin and rest. . .

Try milk thistle before you drink, a prevention is better than a cure!!

Other than that, water, a bag of ready salted crisps for your salt levels, small chocolate buscuit like a blue ribbon for your sugar levels and then a load of fruit like bananas for energy and potassium and strawberrys cos they always make you feel better, especially on a hot day! hehe!

Don't take paracetamol, it is harmful to the liver, and your liver is beat up anyway. Eat fried eggs and bacon, take codeine.
