Or have my fellow family members kept me out of the loop LOL?

These people make it sound like we come out as gay, then we are issued our mission...."here is your gay agenda, now follow it" with no time to enjoy relationships, or just be you...on with the ~ahem~ agenda...

Equal rights SHOULD be given to everyone, black, white, gay, red heads, whatever....that's not an agenda, however.

So Martin Luther King was fighting for the "black agenda"??? If that's the case I have too many agendas, the gay agenda, the black agenda, the woman agenda, the big girl agenda LOL, the mother's agenda....~sigh~

Looks like I'll be busy for a while.

It's actually similar to the black agenda, and the female agenda: to coexist without threat of backlash. I understand the moral outrage that causes in some folks, but they'll soon be dead, once our leader Fagitor is firmly seated as chairman of the Galactic Federation of Gays. It's true, really, it's all written right here in my copy. I don't understand why you didn't get yours - usually they mail it to you as soon as you make the decision to be gay. If I were you, I would take up my complaint with the post office.

To me there is no Gay Agenda. I'm not Gay, but I have many friends that are, so I asked them about this "Gay Agenda" (that I always hear about) a couple of months ago, and they did not attend a "Gay Agenda" meeting. lol They have the same agenda as me. Wake up, go to school, work (if employed), hang out with friends, go to the movies and whatever else it is that people do.

I came to the conclusion that there is no "Gay Agenda" because people just want what evryone else has. Like the right for everyone (no matter their location) to adopt, marry and all of that other "good stuff."

Please understand, I'm answereing this as a straight male so I may be a bit off on this. I think the gay agenda is pretty obvious though I cannot tell you when it started. I think the gay agenda is simply to attain the same basic rights of citizenship, and acceptibility as everyone else in this country has. An agenda seeking equal rights doen't seem to me to be unreasonable, nefarious or wrong in any way.

Of course you are asking about what we keep hearing about. This alleged hidden agenda to "take over" or "turn people's children gay". It is sad that people believe this utter hogwash. Like I said, maybe I'm wrong, I don't pretend to be able to speak for someone else, but an agenda to achieve equal rights seems, well.. it seem like an agenda we should all be supporting.

Hmmm...well my totally gay agenda for the day is to finish up some projects at work, have some sushi for lunch (maybe a little miso soup), go to the gym after work and do 45 minutes of cardio and 50 minutes of upper body strength, take a shower and wash my face with neutragena, watch some gay porn, perhaps have a chicken salad for supper, and then retire to bed.

My gay agenda started around 6:50 am when I woke up. Oh wow, I just saw there was a sale at Banana Republic, I will have to add that into my gay agenda for the day.

Yeah I feel left out of the loop... Did us homosexuals have a meeting and just not invite me too it? Because I don't know exactly what the gay agenda is and I'm looking for a pamphlet on it. :)

I think our meeting was the same day as the straight agenda. You know where they were told we were evil & that they should hate us...

hmmmm..... I was wondering why I got so many copies of the book delivered to my house.

Please, all gays that did not receive their copy of the "Agenda" please send me your address (privately) and I will send a copy out to you immediately. Apparently distribution hit a snag and was sending all the books to me.

hehehe

Agenda - a list of things to get done

Well as a gay man, I do have an agenda. It revolves around gaining equal consideration and protection under the law. I should not lose or be shielded from rights simply because I have a boyfriend.

Attention Christian Right;

NEWS FLASH! NOBODY CHOOSES TO BE GAY!

Who would make that choice, based on how certain parts of society treats gays?

Why would (your)God punish someone for being the way he made them?

Agenda? How about being able to live ones life as one wishes without fear, just like everyone else?

It seems to be the driving force of the SELF RIGHTEOUS to try to impose their values on everyone else.

If I were gay, my agenda would be to live in a society when I didn't face discrimination wherever I go, got equal status and benefits from my employer, and had the same rights as everyone else, including the right to marry whomever I damned well please.

The gay agenda is to have homosexuality accepted in society as a legitimate alternative to heterosexual behavior. It is not an equal rights issue. It's hard to put a date on its beginning, but I would say it was in the 1960s during the sexual revolution. At least that's when it gained enough nationwide support to have political and sociological influence.

Jeez honey, I didn't get the memo either. I've gotten my toaster oven, my coffee maker, and my microwave (I've been a busy little shy cub) but I still haven't heard of this alleged "gay agenda". And I've been gay a long time now......

I think the fundies and haters made it all up. It's as fictional as their bible quotes are twisted.
