I go barefoot everywhere but I have a washing machine so I don't need to go to the laundromat. But there are NO laws against going barefoot ANYWHERE, people who believe that please see source! Ladykathrynct, you have every right to your opinion about bare feet but please stop spreading this myth, it's just not true (see source).
Bare feet are not gross or dangerous or unhealthy. We're at far greater risk to pick something up through our hands. Our skin is made to keep pathogens out. With our hands we pick up many germs from all kinds of surfaces many people touch -door handles, shopping carts, money and more- and we're far more likely to transfer those germs to our face or food so they can enter our body. Injury isn't likely either, feet are a lot stronger than people who aren't habitually barefoot think.

Yes I have gone to laundromats with bare feet. All I do to clean them before I leave is climb into the washing machine
let myself wash for a couple of minutes then bingo! my feet are clean and I'm ready to walk back home.

I go Barefoot 24/7 and I go everywhere in my Bare Feet.
I have the type of job where I can get away with it. So the answer is yes.

If you want to step on things and walk out lint footed then sure! Go to the laundry mat barefooted! If you want to keep your feet clean then don't!

Don't got to ANY public place barefooted. You could have something drop on your feet, step on something you might catch, and most states have laws against it.

Laundromats are for homeless Losers...so most of them don't have shoes.
