what would you call it when an employee takes excessive breaks (say 45 mins to 1 hour,,,,out of an 8 hour day)
need proper wording for disciplinary action

everyone knows via employee handbook that they are to provide 8 hours of work for their workday if this means they want to stretch their day out to 10 hours (taking 2 hours for this or that for instance) that's ok but they have to provide 8 hours work for 8 hours pay
