Something red if she has no black.
I wore bright pink to a funeral but that was ok as I was visably upset.
Yellow is the mourning color of spain.

Screen your calls from him. If he gets hateful on the phone, simply tell him when he can talk sensibly you will listen, otherwise, say goodbye and hang up. If he harasses you in person, get a restraining order. The court's decision has been made with what it feels is a reasonable amount for support. If his financial status has changed, he needs to file for a modification, not harass you. It is a shame when adults as in your husband's case can not act adult like. It will be the child that suffers. If you both have the child's best interest at heart, you will both do what you can in order to keep your child happy, and taken care of. It is in the best interest of the child to see non custodial parents at any given time. Both of you working together would be beneficial, as you could work out better visitation for him as well. Every other weekend isn't much for fathers to be in their child's life. The court set up that visitation in that manner for some reason. Is it not at your discretion as well for unscheduled visitations? If the child is safe around that parent, it would be good if the child could see him more, if he is a positive influence on that child. He sounds very vindictive. Keep your cool, and remember this child is going to be affected by both of your actions. Just my opinion.

I think technically she should be fine wearing anything that is maybe just a little dressier than play-wear - at her age she can get away with just about any color or style, and it's not really what you wear that counts, it's the fact that you showed up to pay your respects.

I wouldn't take her. Thats awfully young to have to experience seeing a dead person in a casket.
