does it mean i got hurt(it hurts)? or not perfectly hurts almost there?

it is the present participle...you are in the process of being hurt...it is happening at that exact moment that you say it.

I'm getting hurt means someone is beating you up right at this moment.
I got hurt means someone beat you up a couple of minutes ago.
I get hurt means that you often get beat up.
