Need some idea's on what i can include as job roles in my reference i gonna to ask my aunty to write.I'm working at a all-you can eat buffet restaurant and like to know what i can tell my aunty to write in my reference so it'll look good to the employer/recruiter.Don't mind telling a bit of lies cos everyone does it as well.thks

don't write waiter it's not grammatically correct for a job application...it's server

Unless your aunty owns or manages the restaurant where you work, any reference she'd give would attest to your good character, etc but would not have anything to do with your job at the restaurant. She wouldn't have first-hand knowledge of your performance there, and just putting down what you tell her to write would look pretty silly to any recruiter.

And lying when you're trying to get a job is a sure-fire way to NOT get hired if they find out - and they probably will.

High level of service, attention to detail, cleanliness and tidiness. Neatness. Friendliness with customers. Works well with managers, fellow personnel, kitchen staff.

Stuff like that.
