Last October I found out I had ovarian cysts (possibly PCOS), not the bad kind though. So my doctor put me on bc again and gave me antibiotics. He said we'd check again in a few months to see if the cysts have gone. Well... I quit taking the bc in January and had unprotected sex with my now exboyfriend... I had regular periods until the third or so month, then I spotted. I haven't had morning sickness, but I've had sore breasts, very noticeable mood swings, fatigue, and an increase in appetite. My first test I took just at the time of my missed period and it came out negative. Should I take another? Could these be signs of pregnancy?
I've also been dreaming about bleeding... ?

I had regular periods up until we had sex... then I missed... and still have missed... two periods now.

In the time it took you to write out this question, you could have taken a preg test. Just go pee on a stick and put an end to your wondering.

I would take a test to be sure.
I went off bc and had 3 regular periods. Then I went 42 days without a period, then 49, then 54 and had to take drugs to jump start my period each time. VERY long story short I was later diagnosed with PCOS. So if you're pregnant, congrats and if you're not, I'd go back on bc because that is what will help the PCOS not to rage as bad.

If you had regular periods after having sex than most likely you are not pregnant. It's impossible to have your period....but it is possible to have period like symptoms during pregnancy including bleeding...but it sounds like you had full periods. You may also be feeling PMS symptoms with the mood swings and such. Most likely you are not pregnant...but test again if you really want to.

Yeah, it sounds like you could be pregnant. Most pregnant test today are pretty pregnant from about a few days before the due date of your menstrual period but still you never know. Get another test done and regardless if you are or are not pregnant visit your gynecologist.

Sounds like the verdict could be positive if you take the test again!
It could be because you stopped taking birth control, but it really sounds like pregnancy to me!
