One i know of would be parts of "Janies got a gun" - Aerosmith......(90's)
Suzanne Vega 's, - "Luka" (80's)
"How Come How Long," - Babyface (90's)
"I've Got To Go Now",- Toni Childs (90's)
"Behind the Wall", - Tracy Chapman (80's)
"Black Eyes Blue Tears," - Shania Twain (90's)
"Can't Fight This Feeling" - REO Speedwagon
Even though it was originally written as a love song, to me the message stands out as an abused child on the verge of losing hope, crying out to an old friend or advocate to rescue them from their painful home. "I can't fight this feeling anymore, I've forgotten what I started fighting for, It's time to bring this ship into the shore, and throw away the oars forever..."
"Concrete Angel" - Martina McBride (2000+)
This song is about the solace an abused little girl finds in a statue: ""But her dreams give her wings and she flies to a place where she's loved..."
"Daddy's Girl" - The Scorpions (2000+)
A mother denies the fact that her daughter is being molested by her father.
"Face to Face," - Garth Brooks (2000+)
A song about facing bullies of all sorts, including a date rapist.
"Family Portrait," - Pink (2000+)
"Is about a young girl who can't stand living in her home where her father abuses her mother... mother doesn't sound like much of a winner either.
"Fee Fi Fo" - The Cranberries (90's)
"How could you touch something, So innocent and pure, obscure? How could you get satisfaction, From the body of a child?"
"Fiddle About." - The Who (70's)
In which Tommy is molested by his uncle.
"I'm OK," - Christina Aguilera (2000+)
"This song is about a grown child addressing her father about the abuse she witnessed as a child against her mother. Powerful stuff"
"(The) Little Girl," - John Michael Montgomery (2000+)
This song is about a little girl that has to deal with violence and her father killing her mother and then himself.
"Live to Tell" - Madonna (90's)
"Never No More" - Aaliya (2000+)
This is a song about a woman who has seen the change in her man's behavior and she won't take it anymore. "Now, trust me when I say, 'You have been told', I'm telling you never to touch me no more...." She also talks about how she should've left when she first saw the change, but didn't do so. "I should have left you when you twist back my arm, but the man I thought I knew would do me no harm...."
"Perfect", - Alanis Morissette (90's)
This song is more about emotional than physical abuse, "conditional love" when a parent who tries to live through a child. "We'll love you just the way you are if you're perfect."
"Sullen Girl", - Fiona Apple(90's)
A young girl is raped and left to pick up the pieces- her family wonders why she is suddenly so withdrawn
"(The)Thunder Rolls", - Garth Brooks(90's)
This song and video about wife beating, made country music history ... and controversy. In the lyrics, the story seems to be about a wife who is tired of being cheated on by her husband, so she shoots him one night. But the video is about domestic violence, with Brooks playing the husband who clobbers his wife. She shoots him, presumably to defend herself and her children. Yet another ambiguous one!
"Two Beds and a Coffee Machine," - Savage Garden (90's)
Reflects on the cycle of violence in a family.
"Watch Me Bleed" . - Tears for Fears (2000+)
A song about childhood abuse (sexual and/or violent) from the eyes of the adult survivor.
"What Would You Do?" - City High (2000+)
Story of a woman who turns to stripping as a way to escape her violent father and support her child.
"Where the Wild Roses Grow" - Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue (2000+)
This song (a huge hit in Australia and Western Europe) is the perfect example of romaticized/eroticized violence against women.
"Candyman" - Siouxsie and the Banshees (80's)
The "Candyman" is a pedophile.
"Polly." Nirvana (90's)
Based on the actual kidnapping, rape and torture of a 14-year-old girl.
"I Dont Love You" - My Chemical Romance (current)
" But baby let me knock you, down and out thats where you ougtta stay, but after all the blood that you still owe, you think that time was just another blow, I dont love you, like i did...yesterday..
"Hands Clean" by Alanis Morissette
Morissette sings from the man's perspective of an affair she had with an adult at fourteen.
"Magdalena" by Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention,
A song about a rural man's attempts to seduce his teenage daughter.

I really fail to see how some of those titles relate to sexual assault. Seems like a bit of a huge leap.
Sexually *sugestive*, yes. But *Assualt*, as in- an actual violent *attack*? No.

Date Rape by Sublime
Let me tell you about a girl I know,
had a drink about an hour ago.
Sitting in a corner by herself, in a bar in downtown Hell.
She heard a noise and she looked through the door.
And saw a man she'd never seen before.
Light skin, light blue eyes, a double-chin and a plastic smile.
Well, her eyebrow raised as he walked through the door
And took an empty seat next to her at the bar.
"My brand new car is parked right outside. How'd ya like to go for a ride?"
And she said."Wait a minute I have to think."
He said, "That's fine. May I please buy you a drink"
One drink turned into 3 or 4 and they left and got into his car
and they drove away someplace real far.
Now babe the time has come.
How'd ya like to have a little fun?
And she said." If we could only please be on our way, I will not run."
That's when things got out of control.
She didn't want to, he had his way.
She said, "Let's Go"
He said, "No Way!"
Come on babe it's your lucky day.
Shut your mouth, were gonna do it my way.
Come on baby don't be afraid,
if it wasn't for date rape I'd never get laid.
He finished up and he started the car
He turned around and drove back to the bar.
He said."Now baby don't be sad, in my opinion you weren't half-bad."
She picked up a rock.,threw it at the car, hit him in the head, now his got a big scar.
Come on party people won't you listen to me.
Date Rape Stylie.
The next day she went to her drawer, looked up her local attorney at law,
went to the phone and filed the police report and then she took the guy's *** to court.
Well, the day he stood in front of the judge he screamed, " She lies that little slut!"
The judge knew that he was full of **** and he gave him 25 years
And now his heart is filled with tears.
That night in jail it was getting late.
He was butt-raped by a large inmate, and he screamed.
But the guards paid no attention to his cries.
That's when things got out of control.
The moral of the date rape story, it does not pay to be drunk and horny.
But that's the way it had to be.
They locked him up and threw away the key.
Well, I can't take pity on men of his kind,
even though he now takes it in the behind.
That's the way it had to be.
They locked him up and threw away the key.
Well, I can't take pity on men of his kind,
even though he now takes it in the behind.
DATE RAPE
She didn't want to TAKE IT!
