Is it ok to shower naked in mixed showers?

That's a pretty personal decision. I see nothing wrong with it if it's not against the rules at the facility in question.

Sure if there is only one shower room and everyone else is nude why not.
I don't know any showers like that except at nudist resorts where there are common shower houses used by male/ female/ children

Only if the rest are naked.
