would you be happy to die at the hands of a terrorist because of a privileged few?
And you aren't an American - so don't worry about it.

This is a typical liberally stacked question.

If there is any, ANY parent that is happy to loose a child, then that parent should never have been one to begin with. Your initial premis is slanted, biased and totally unfair to answer.

Now if you were to ask something like do you think the lives being lost in Iraq are worth the benefits, then the answer would be most definately. We have more children being killed in New York, Philidelphia, and Chicago than we have in Iraq.

But the difference is that the lives in Iraq are given so that you have the freedom not to mention the life to ask such a stupid question.

You are right. There is no point in fighting a war that the majority of people don't support. It is apparent that the free world needs to hit rock bottom before they are going to get their heads straight. But we need to put blame where the blame is due. We are going to lose this war because of the egos of the "privileged" many who have their heads up their ***. A war cannot be won without support.

If I had children I would encourage them not to join the military right now. I worry everytime I hear a friend is over there. It just isn't worth risking the life of our people so that the president and his cronies can benefit financially. I believe we have been there long enough and we need to let the Iraqis sort things out, if they want to go back to a dictatorship so be it. It is their country and we are trying to force our beliefs on them.

No, of course not, unfortunately Iraq was a strategic mistake that led to the 2006 elections results we have witnessed. 2008 hangs in the outcome of Iraq, perhaps.

Fortunately my children are too old for going to Iraq but if they were I would not be happey. But then again my kids are smart enough to see ahead and not volunteer in the first place.

Gasp. You mean that our fearless leaders would rather let innocents die than tarnish their political party by admitting error (or apologizing because everybody knows that's "weak")? That would be almost ... criminal!

There is nothing 'liberal' about this. He is a Jew-hating and American-hating radical. They only thing this has to do with liberals is that you cannot tell them apart from him. They fawn over his posts. But they won't distinguish between conservative or liberal when they come for us.
