It's illegal to black mail and it might fall back on you...I'd probably call HR or stay out of it all together.

They were wrong, but you were more wrong for taping it. I agree with make me and others. This will only come back to haunt you and end up causing you trouble. You'll be known as a voyeur, sneak and "tattle tale" and you'll end up losing respect at work. A decent person would tell the coworkers to cool it at the workplace; if you discovered them, others will to and they will eventually get fired. But a decent person wouldn't have taped the act...

Politely tell one of them that they were seen and if they are going to do it get a room or go somewhere.
as far as video. Sell it to one of those caught on tape shows. you can get a few nickles for it I think. leave the blackmail and potential sexual assault charges alone!
