I would have to say that he really thinks that you are close to his heart and would be there for you on any given day. He has a lot of respect for you and your friendship so don't mess that up.
He very well could have a secret crush on you deep down that he's not revealing because he doesn't want to scare you or lose your friendship due to the respect that he has for you.
There is a place in his heart for you so cherish that and don't let it go for a minute. Always be true to him and he will always do the same for you.
He really likes you, don't lose it!

depends in what context he says those in. it means that your probably a really great friend. you've done a greaty job being a great friend so give yourself a pat on the back and take yourself to the movies.
