I suspect that this 2 files cause a message to appear before the welcome screen appears:

autorun.inf (hidden)
exiplorer.exe (hidden)

when i try to delete these files they just keep on respawning...i tried to shred these files but the problem is still unsolved. even formatting the disk didn't work..

i'm not sure what harm will it do to my system but getting rid of it will be of good prevention from what might happen..

You can't delete these files for a very good reason! Windows NEEDS them to operate (I'm assuming you've done a typo and meant explorer.exe). autorun.inf is used to 'autorun' a CD or USB key when you insert them. 'Explorer.exe' is pretty much the core of Windoze - you would never see any icons or the start button if explorer didn't load.

If you did mean 'exiplorer.exe' then it is most likely spyware or a virus. When your computer first starts booting press F8 to get the Windoze boot menu and select "SAFE MODE". Then you should be able to delete the 'exiplorer.exe'.

Need more information such as where these files are located - what directories - to guess what program they may be part of. What message they giving you would also be helpful.

Try going to the start button and selecting Run. Type in: msconfig
Click on the Start Up tab
You will see all the non-essential times being loaded during start-up. See if there is something in that which is loading those files. Uncheck anything you do not want to load on start up (You can always go back and recheck if needed).

You're joking even formatting the whole computer didn't work??? that's strange because when u format your comp all the data on your hard is written with 0. It's impossible, and the autorun.inf is a basic Windows program and if u delete it u can't open windows... in the end i think u are joking!!!!

You cant delete explorer.exe that is everything you see when you use your computer, without it you wouldnt have a mouse to move or folders to view, tell us the message and I'll tell you how to repair the issue.

If that was not a typo and u meant exiplorer.exe, then you might have some virus, run a virus scan http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html A program you can use to delete hard to delete files is pocket killbox
