What have you been smoking? Nothing keeps them in line; they are too busy partying, drinking, engaging in wanton sexual behavior, blowing the taxpayers's hard earned money; all while being exempt from income tax and yadda. Why should they bother even trying to keep in line?

There have been other house reps and senators who have gone to jail before, doesn't seem to have made that big a difference. If you're corrupt , you're corrupt, no matter what your line of work.
I do believe Tom Delay is up on charges , so I think it'll be GOP again.
