I think Nwabudike Morgan said it best:
"I plan to live forever, of course, but barring that I'd settle for a couple thousand years. Even five hundred would be pretty nice."
I usually tell people that if I ever die, it will be with a surprised look on my face.

Forever is a long time. Much longer than humankind will ever exist for, much longer than any form of life in the universe could exist for.
Given that, yes, I would hang around and wait patiently as the universe evolves and slowly draws to a close.

Do you really want to grow deadly ill tonight and die this night?
Or, would you rather have a nice evening, a good sleep, and wake up feeling good?
That is how eternal life comes about, one day at a time? Unless, in serious physical or mental pain or suffering from serious disability due to old age, nobody want to let today be the day when they grow deadly ill!

Of course not. living forever can be very boring. But on the positive side, since being alive for so long, going through experiances, one can share their wisdom and help make a difference in the world. But I wouldnt want to live for an eternity. I belive in the after-life and would love to be able to come alongside my God.

well, for me yeah i would like to. imagine you could live with your grandchildren and children in the same age. sorta like an immortal. of course there is also the pain that you will always be there to see them die before you, knowing you should be the one first before them. But being an immortal will give you such a great wisdom that people from all walks of life will respect the words you would share..

I would really love to live until I am an old lady in my bed and die in my sleep. I say this because I do not have any family because they all died very young so this is something that I need so bad. I would love to see my grandchildrens, children playing, i would love to finally get my love of a lifetime and grow old with him, and live a long old lady life.

I would never want to live forever. Not only would it be agonizing to watch your family members and loved ones die off while you were doomed to forever be alive, but, to me, life would start to loose its meaning. when life is short, it is easily cherished, because we know it will end. I would much rather have a normal life span and cherish every day, than live forever in a meaningless life.

I wanna live 'til I'm 5,000! ha ha. only kidding. I hate the thought of dieing. It would be neat to live forever. The oldest I would want to be is in my 30s, if I could stay that way forever.
I'm 23, and 30s seems like a good age.
