I "googled" these file names and there is no info there at all.
I developed the following instructions for removing most any malicious software, files, etc. and it works in all cases so far. I'm not positive it will work but it's worth a try.
You will need to do the searches I recommend for all three file names.
Specifically search for:
"hfrlcgui.exe" and just "hfrlcgui"
"rqtwnapu.dll" and just "rqtwnapu"
"lwqgapgy.exe" and just "lwqgapgy"
Substitute in the above file names where I have used the word "pesky" below.
DELETING PROBLEM FILES OR SOFTWARE FROM YOUR PC
Let’s assume the problem File/Software/Virus, etc. is named “Pesky” and you want to remove it from your PC.
Where ever you see the name “pesky” below, you will need to insert the actual name of the file/software/virus, etc. that you are trying to remove.
Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove any “PESKY” programs residing there.
Now click on Start > Search > For Files or Folders > All Files and Folders
type in “PESKY” in the top box and let the computer do a complete search of your hard drive.
When it is done, click on Edit at the top of the window and click on Select All
Then click on File and click on Delete. It will ask you if you want to remove them. Click on Yes.
If you want to REALLY finish the job:
NOTE: DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE IN THE REGISTRY OTHER THAN WHAT I MENTION HERE. If you are not familiar with editing the registry and you do other things you may give yourself some big headaches.
Click on Start > Run >
type in regedit
click once on the very top directory in the left hand pane to hilite it.
Hold down Ctrl + F; this will open a search window
type in “PESKY” and then click on Find Next
when it finds an “PESKY” entry, right click on it and select Delete and yes. (Do this if it is a folder in the left hand pane or if it is an entry in the right hand pane)
Hold down Ctrl + F again and repeat the process until you have cleaned your registry of all “PESKY” items.
This may be a very tedious process so hang in there.
When you think you have it all out. Go back up to the top directory in the left pane, hilite it, and search for “PESKY” once again just to make sure you didn't miss any.
Once you are completely done. Reboot your PC. This will reset the registry without all the “PESKY” entries and you should be rid of your problem.

Download and run Windows Live OneCare it's a 90 trial. Follow the instructions , it may tell you to remove any other protection you have installed, or just ask you to allow it to remove it etc, etc. It will do a very comprehensive scan and repair, it should take about an hour or so. It will then give you very very good protection a bit overbearing. I can't give you a guarantee but it worked like a dream for me, and it is safe it's Microsoft.
If you decide to uninstall it, I don't think you will not get a second chance Free but you can use it for 89 days!!!
If or when you do uninstall it. Download Windows Defender Free and Avast I have both of them running with no problems. Defender runs in the background but will do a very good scan and repair if you wish.
I found that Avast is the best of the free stuff.
Good Luck. But I think/know you have it sorted.
PS it will not delete or change your files or folders etc,

If you are using the free virus scanners or older virus programmes that are not updated daily they probably wont recognise the virus or worm. Some viruses have a habit of replicating themselves in programs so it may be hard to eradicate. I looked the file names up on the Panda website, I use Panda Titanium, it could not find them in its database, they may be malware of some sort or they have altered file names so that you cannot locate the cure. Have you installed any programs recently or use peer to peer downloads? If you are running XP try system restore which is found in tools to restore to an earlier time. Have you defragged the disk? You could try CCleaner as it has many tools one to detect issues with your PC the website is below. The only other option if you have a complete windows disk is to reformat the harddrive and reinstall the operating system, if this doesn't help and the harddrive is messed up totally buy a new one.
Hope this helps

I've just done a Google search on those processes that you listed and I cannot find any references to them.
You are well protected and if AVG and Norton cannot get rid of something then maybe 'something' does not actually pose a threat to your computer.
What you should download HijackThis and run a scan. Look in the BHO (Browser Help Object) section in particular and put a check mark againt any suspicious process. Additionally put a check mark against any entry that has the entry: (file missing) and click on Fix Selected Items.

For your PC to be OK, you have to protect it from viruses and hackers!
The virus is a small program that attach itself to other files from your computer and can harm your computer, by restarting it, freezing it or even by deleting your files or stealing your personal information.
To keep your computer safe from viruses you have to use an anti-virus program, like Norton, AVG, Kaspersky, Avast, Antivir, McAfee, Bit Defender. Some are free and others have trial versions.
Here you have some links to download the free versions of some of the best anti-virus programs, as well as other security tools:

Have you created an AntiVirus boot disk ? You can start the system with this & run an intensive AV scan.
As the OS is not running at this stage, any virus found can be deleted, without it being able to hide in RAM or HDD. It shouldn't then be able to re-infect.
Have you set your AV software to scan real-time as well? Maybe it get's cleaned & then you visit a site that re-infects your machine?

Try scanning in safe mode with you antivirus program.
To get in safe mode tap F8 on boot up.
If you don't have a antivirus program or it won't detect it scan with online scanners.
Boot your computer and start in safe mode with network.
Start -> Run: and type iexplore http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html...
Scan your computer.
If you fin something; delete it. Restart and do the same again. When the scanner find nothing this scan is finish.
Reboot again in safe mode with network.
Start -> Run: type iexplore http://www.ewido.com/en (Enter/OK)
Scan your computer.
If you fin something; delete it. Restart and do the same again. When the scanner find nothing this scan is finish.
NOTE: Run both scans without doing anything else on your computer. This because you can start spyware/adware/viruses manually.
Now you can reboot back in normal mode.
Online Virus- & Trojanscan

Note: Have only one antivirus program and one firewall installed on your computer.
Adware/spyware removers are ok to have more of.

run in safe mode, then run the virus software. before you run the virus checker, run the updates. It looks like your virus definitions might not be current.
Also, after the virus has finally been irradiated, use FireFox as your browser. Since I have been using FireFox, my viruses have now been a thing of the past!!
Hope this helps. Good luck to you and your computer.
