I like to boycott unimportant things (such as TV shows) but for good reason. For example, I refuse to buy our local newspaper after they irresponsibly published what many considered libel. I boycott the Indy 500 because Tony George destroyed the original intent and integrity of the race. My friends laugh at me but there is always a principal involved in my boycotts.
